Rough/Cut

-
This is where I was at the other day with the wall in the Rough Cut show, still has a wee bit to go, but will done this evening. The idea was to only use a minimal amount of aerosol for the outlines and then fill in over it with emulsion with spraying through various things it creates a different effect, I definitely reckon I'll try this again, the key is getting the linework precise first.

It's a free boozefest for everyone who can get in tomorrow at the bar is free and the after party is at Hawke and Hunter which should be bonus as we have the Whiskey Room, it has a fecking bonus pool table in it, just gotto get cleaned up today...

Sancho, emulsion is just bucket paint (acrylic based), I think it's a British term, people often call it latex too.

managed to go check this on saturday, after a skin full of booze the night before.

easilly the best show i've seen this year. loved how it was one big mash up of all the artists involved, rather than the usual one wall per artist malarky.

big ups to all involved!

Was in the Burgh yesturday for fringe and checked this out, fresh and toasty! brilliant idea getting a big artist mashup frenzy like that, was like walking into one big passed around blackbook
