This was the drawing from the wall that I painted with Rue5 last week in London. Here's how it turned out. The background ended up taking a day so I think it wasn't as detailed as I'd have liked, had a good time though.

Been working on a new zine for Analogue, which should be hopefully ready for the Zine Festival in Bristol. I can't remember what it's called or I would post a link. The drawing above was trying to draw ghosts, but it was hard to get the slumped body to float.
More rubbish soon.

Trying to draw some space suit stuff, found some great reference material. Was trying to get a kindo 50's feel to the line, but I always add too much, the dudes in the 50's knew exactly when to stop and nip out for cocktails.

Dunno where he is now, maybe floating round the cosmos to be reborn in the stars or some crazy stuff.
Scientology aside, he made great music and was hilarious on South Park before Tom got upset about being in the closet and forced him to quit.

BOTHANSPYNETWORK - Recoat

Recoat Gallery's 12th show opens Saturday 16th August, which should be a topper, there's a big list of folk who are involved up above, helping them curate is Bothan Spynet, who writes over at SLAMXHYPE, a man with more shoes than Imelda Marcos, and a pretty mad art collection too.
The night before Stef Plaetz, SheOne, Otwo, Lyken, Rekor and myself will be doing a spot of painting at the gallery so come along and get merry and check out some painting.

Short interview on how the Tekkon Kinkreet anime came to be with Micahael Arias, I love the film so thought it was a good read, click here to check it. It's interesting to see how so many things other than the actual animation effect how a film is produced.
