I've been checking a lot of comic book podcasts and interviews whilst working, it's a good way to find out about comics, you know for that moment at the dinner party when you have to talk about what's happening in Civil War by Marvel, often that really kicks off the party and people go nuts like at the end of Footloose with Kevin Bacon.
So far the best sites have been
Fan Boy Radio which is a bit more mainstream and
Indie Spinner Rack which deals with the indie comics, which I always preferred as a youngster because the drawings were weirder.

One podcast worth checking ooot is the
Paul Pope one on comic Geek Speak. It's pretty in depth.
